Both similar players. Think Lees is better playing with a proper leader at the back. He was exceptional with Loovens alongside him. I am really impressed with Thorniley tho - he’s not that tall, not particularly quick but he’s just a very good central defender. He’s played left back and he’s been crap but every time he’s played centre half, he’s looked a very good player. I have high hopes for the lad.
