Yes for the last 2 months when his contracts up.

Where was all this in the previous years?

Glad he's doing well now, but why hasn't he done all this before now?

To be fair, he never got a look in with carlos. How much of an impact can you make coming on for the last 15mins to see a game out?

Under Jos, Nuhiu looks stronger, fitter ,sharper and a lot more confident. Fair point, due to injuries he kind of had to be brought into the squad. But hes given 100% in every game hes played. Proved to be a far better option than Rhodes. I think we have a hidden gem in Nuhiu. He is improving in every game. Who would have predicted he would score a goal like his 2nd today. He was supposed to be holding the ball up in the corner, makes a run inside, beats 2 players and curls an inch perfect worldie into the top corner.

I dont think its a case of when Hooper and Fletcher are fit they walk into the side, Personally think Fletch and Hoops need to battle for a starting place.

Happy Easter

Come on

he’s been here 5 years, how many goals?

Fair play to him these past few games, he’s done well BUT this is the perfect opportunity to start a fresh. Forget the sentiment that some Wednesday fans seem obsessed with over the course of a season he has done nowhere near enough.

Take sentiment out of the equation, there is no denying the contribution the big man has put in over the years.

That should be taken into account surely?

What did you think of Nuhiu's second goal?

Well given the damp squid of a season this has been, with us at the start of it on all aboard HMS P?ss the league. The lad has rolled his sleeves up and got stuck in, yes we know he should win every header, not fall on the floor as much and run 100 metres in 9 seconds, but he's put in a hell of a shift over the last few months when other 'better' players have been in the Hallamshire.

Well yeah, I can't think of anything that's changed at the club in recent months... anyone ITK able to shed some light on anything new at the club?

a few games doesn't make up for 5 years of nothing.

He also played under Gray.... And did nowt

Fantastic finish, fair play to him. Cracking finish against Leeds for his second as well.

But over 5 years the bloke hasn’t been up

to the standard.. 2 good games followed by 10 dreadful ones

Playing for a contract

will go back to being his useless self if he gets a deal

perfect opportunity to get rid while we can.

He spent most of the time on the bench or in the stand when Carlos was here. The lad cant score when he isnt playing. Now he is getting a good run in the team , he is showing what he can do .

He deserves another contract without a doubt.

Yep and 7 goals in last 11 starts too with one top finish and one sublime one today too. On course to be top scorer this season and not for the first time although his current form tops anything he's shown previously. Well done Atdhe; well done Jos.

Players develop, get better, fitter, stronger and get a better understanding of their role. In all likeliness the big fella will stay at this level for a few years now and we deserve to reap the benefit of the time we have put into him.

If we want to be challenging at the right half of the table next season, he shouldn’t be anywhere near that team.

And forget the his wages will be low comments, it’s still a wage that would be better off spent on someone else.
