Fletcher has been non existent. Although he's a better player than big Dave, at the moment he offers nothing. Big Dave at least provides presence even if he's limited as a player. But, after watching him for the last few weeks, I'd say he's got to improve vastly. Maybe, Atdhe deserves a chance first to wake Fletcher up a bit.
