But best player is the one who would be able to play at a level higher than anyone else in our squad, so as Theresa would say, I refer you to my previous answer. Respect. Still think it's FF

IMO, we are a different team with him in it & always feel we have a chance in any game where he is on the pitch. I also have huge respect for the other two most mentioned players, Lee & Hutch who are both having outstanding seasons. I hope FF gets a decent run in the team with no injuries, suspensions, etc..etc.. , if so, he will be pivotal in the second half of the season (if he's not transferred ) Exactly. Not only can he change a game in an instant on his own, but he works amazingly hard for a flair player.

whyte_owl
Kieran Lee? Are you having a laugh? He's not fit to lace Hutchinson's boots. Tom Lees, Forestieri, Reach, Bannan, Loovens, Westwood, Hooper and Fletcher are all in front of Lee ability wise. They may not cover as many blades of grass, but since when did that win football matches.

Same with Hutch. Midfield. Best player Centre back. Best player. It takes alot to be able to switch position's and still be the best player on the pitch, just ask Bannan. Be interesting to know how many we have won when both have been missing. Bet it ain't many. Following on from what I was saying about both being missing. If I am wrong, please let me know. Last season there were 3 league games where both Hutchinson and Forestieri didn't play. Qpr, Rotherham, Wolves We lost them all. Wolves didn't matter I know, but still a league game lost, when both not in the team. This season there have been none. However the only two league games Hutchinson has missed Brighton and Birmingham were both defeats. So in conclusion Hutchinson stops them going in the net and Forestieri puts them in the net, in a roundabout sort of way. Can't split them for best player. Ash77
Its like debating matic or hazzard for chelsea but would say hazzard, so fessi! Hutch most inspirational but its harder to score goals than stop them, the valuations of top players in these different positions would probably reflect that. Actually think fessi is under rated and would shine with better service from the flanks in particular, even if he can create as well as burst into space to finish things. SquirrelSlingshot
FF. The likes of Hutch and Lee are good players and all, but without FF we look toothless and his absence is more keenly felt. A bit of a one-man team (in an attacking sense)
horny owl
Judging by the last three performances without him, Fessi must be our best player He's the only one who can really turn a game in our favour on his own He's a 'rich mans' JJ
