If we're talking complete redesign, go no further than a lenticular version of areNotwhatTheyseem's gift owl (MM to Mr C). Inevitable league badges on the sleeve, and of course, A massive John West tin as sponsor. I'd keep the current black squad numbers with gold outline though.
