oakleyrob Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 (edited) Roeder will look for players, loads of prem players ending contracts or available in a couple of weeks time Pearson will look after money side of the players, agents, etc, Aldridge will look after construction projects, new pitch, new screen, new training ground, etc. and Gray will look after the squads and spend more time on the training pitch and get more input into the u-18,U21,development squads etc., and scout upcoming games. Mr Aldridge, who acted on behalf of Milan Mandaric at the time of his acquisition and then joined the club as Vice Chairman and CEO in January 2011 following the departure of Nick Parker, spoke exclusively to swfc.co.uk: ‘I have had a tremendous time at the club and look forward to playing my part next season in what I hope will be a very successful campaign. Mr Chansiri and I discussed the best long term future for the club and we have decided that now is right time to make and announce this decision. I am sure by giving the chairman sufficient time to consider who is the right person to lead the club into its 150th anniversary, he will appoint the most suitable successor.†Mr Chansiri added: “I am grateful for all the help Paul gave to me prior to and during the takeover process and, of course, he has a very important role to play. This decision will allow me the time to begin the process of identifying his successor. I am very confident that whilst we will miss Paul, this will give me the opportunity to further strengthen the executive management team for the future.†Mr Aldridge concluded: ‘There are no plans for change in the immediate future and know I have a very busy summer ahead, we have at least two major projects starting later this month. Supporters will notice a big difference when they come back at the start of next season and see the new pitch and giant screen.
