Attendance on sat

So, in your eyes there's no difference between posting speculation about potential crowds when we get promoted, and you making things up to support an argument? In your eyes, they're the same thing, are they? Good God, I knew you lot were thick but I didn't know you were that thick.

All about opinions mate.

SWFC haven't averaged over 30k for over 45 years yet folk still post about getting 35k+ when your promoted.

This is not the forum to be posting facts on.

We were a massive 440 short of a 30,000 average in 1992 - before the Premiership attendance boom.

We managed 28,700 when we started our steep downward spiral in 1998.

Even managed 147 shy of a 25,000 average in League One (2006) where we finished 19th - one of, if not, our lowest ever finishes in shy of 150 years.

Sheffield United managed over 30,500 average in the Premiership return (2006) yet only managed 19,500 in 2004 and a laughable 13,400 in 2000. So, 6 years saw United have an attendance increase of 17,000 due to Premiership football. Why do you think a 10,000 increase for Wednesday would be unrealistic?

Bring as many fans as you want, JV.

You're still gonna finish below us.

Gaze upon SWFC'S shiny ass from your lowly position and breath it in deep.

We'll sell at least 90% of our allocated away seats.

Will you sell 90% of your home seats? (you don't need to answer that).

Stupidest thing I've ever heard

There are 4k away seats to sell

30k home

No comparison at all

Ridiculous comment

If we were In the prem we would average between 30 and 35k

Probably 32/33 ish

Has anyone even said we would average 35k in the prem?

I have seen a few (who I agree with) saying we would get 30k average in the premier, but can't recall any saying 35k. Sure someone would point out if I am wrong.

Unfortunately yes. I've seen 35k mentioned several times and even some saying 38k! Bonkers

How many years is it since away tickets went on general sale to Leeds fans aga

Late 80s wasn't it?

1880s. Leeds City used to take loads, before, well, they cheated and got thrown out the league. Fortunately we can all be very certain that there will never be anything dodgy about Leeds United in this regard
