Stuart Gray deserves the sack

We won't win enough games to keep us up this season if Gray stays as manager.

Never been as woeful as this going forward- and we have decent attacking players.

Time to go I'm afraid.

the usual crew will be calling for his  head come sunday teatime .....

No, most backtracked themselves into a corner and have gone quiet since.

Think it went something like "I never said he should go, I said that it was right that his performance should come under scrutiny" (as he struggled with an under-strength squad, prior to the arrival of Drenthe and McGugan)

Apparently, our demise at that time was down to Gray failing to get the most out of what he had at his disposal and nothing at all to do with Gray being left exposed with not a lot to work with.

Just for clarity.

Gray is making the telltale selection mistakes that all managers do when they have begun to lose the plot.

He isn't getting the best out of the squad because is is playing not to lose.

Now the tide has turned we will neither win or keep a clean sheet.

Yep those telltale mistakes with the Wigan line-up. Can't believe we came away with a clean sheet and 1-0 win.

Nobody, not one person, said Gray should go.

We established that when Gray started to regain his miracle worker status, demonstrating how wonderfully well Milan had masterminded our latent promotion push.

In fact, I recall thinking last night, as Nuhiu powered home the 1-0 winner against Wigan, what a brilliant job Milan was doing.

As some said earlier, fully justifies his prudency. And under any other manager, I'm sure the outcome would have been the same, so no need to credit Gray at all really.

I know this thread is just bait but let's reconvene in a month fedor.

The Blackpool and wigan games were clearly going to be a lot easier.

Of course we will all be happy if I am proven wrong, I will be too!
