Beholder
We won't win enough games to keep us up this season if Gray stays as manager. Never been as woeful as this going forward- and we have decent attacking players. Time to go I'm afraid.

Halfway-owl
Give over. Look at where we were this time last year. He's working miracles with the squad he's got. Instead of paying thousands out to sack him and start over, back the bloke in transfer/loan windows.

Mate no offence i can't be arsed to get into some pointless debate about the past. I just think its time for Gray to go.
ReadingOwl
I don't see why the knives are suddenly out for Gray. I seriously don't expect anyone to get anymore from this squad. I'm willing to be surprised, if anyone has any ideas.

Jowl
I agree to a point. But without investment I don't see many people who can do a better job that Gray in terms of league position at this point. So if we just replace Gray and without any decent investment in the squad by Milan, then it just seems a big waste of money

Ronio
Gray has my full backing no matter what. If we sack him, he will be under exactly the same constraints. What's the point, sack Gray only to do the whole process all over again.
FuthaMucker
The evidence is there. Open your eyes. What the bleeding hell do you expect SG to do? He's getting no backing but you expect him to do a Brian Clough?
Guest Big Guns
No comparison. I know you'd like to draw parallels - but there aren't. Maybe we need some fresh ideas to get the best out of the under performers like May
Beholder
Gray is making the telltale selection mistakes that all managers do when they have begun to lose the plot. He isn't getting the best out of the squad because is is playing not to lose. Now the tide has turned we will neither win or keep a clean sheet.
