  1. Nice to see Beadle getting revved up in front of the North after Windass’ goal, loves it!
  2. He was crap. Missed a couple of chances and when we half-heartedly went up the field a few times he got rinsed by Musaba, who at that point was playing in 2nd gear. Still resembles a pound shop Theresa May, useless
  3. Not been a massive fan this season, but he has stepped up in the last few games and today was his best effort in a Wednesday shirt imo. Scored a goal and ran them ragged all afternoon, MOM by an absolute mile.
  4. Inflatable hammers, axes and swords all round. Let’s really gently f#ck them up!
  5. A lot depends on the result of the Huddersfield/Birmingham game. Ideally it’ll be a draw, failing that a Huddersfield win, I can’t see either of them winning their last game so beat Sunderland and we’ll be fine
  6. From the feeling yesterday at half time, getting pasted by Norwich and seeing Huddersfield were winning. To the feeling tonight
  7. 50 points will definitely be enough, there’s no way Huddersfield and Birmingham are both taking 7/8 points from their last 4 games imo. That’s without considering the other teams down there. 2 wins and we’ve got a good chance.
  8. Kenwyne Jones, Quick 6 goals in 5 games and off you go lad, thanks for coming
  9. We had a similar chance to that and somehow missed, they took theirs, that’s the difference between a top side and one fighting relegation. Literally the only difference though, we did well and matched them for the majority of that half, still got a chance I just don’t know where the goal is going to come from.
  10. With my optimistic hat on, WBA and Sunderland could be good opponents to finish the season with, one getting ready for the play offs and another about as mid table as it gets. Hopefully they both bin it right off
  11. If anybody ever wants to know how good a player he is, the fact that we never mention his dreadful haircut should be all the proof they need. Top, top player. If we stay up, it has to be a priority to get him back
  12. Even though we’ve been closing the gap for a while, this is the first time all season I’ve actually felt like we might stay up. Winning can become a habit and you can see the increased belief in the way the team plays, the difference between this and the first few months of the season is ridiculous. Think we’ll do it with games to spare
  13. Completely agree. Although it would be very Wednesdayesque to be terrible against Plymouth and then go and tonk Leeds.
  14. Semedo, never understood the love. Nice lad with a lovely smile, but as soon as we went up to the championship his limitations became obvious.
