It's all interesting...

 

So he's creating (or bought) a legit company to sponsor us by £xxxxxx amount.

 

That in turn, allows him flex on what he decides to pump into the club or does it allow books to show balance when paying off monthly installments on players.

Our chairman seems to like setting up companies. I believe there are others too. 

 

Im sure I read that FFP includes guards against this an and companies owned by the chairman. Not sure if being the sole director counts (if he's not directly involved in Pan1)

Maybe he is just an entrepreneur and sees business opportunities in the UK or is annoyed with the suppliers on offer. 

 

Yep it will also help with FFP
