Guest big bernard
With Cardiff and Fulham both getting rid of their managers today, could SG be a target for these clubs due to our good start and overall good record.

gurujuan
Hope Milan doesn't push his luck too far by thinking, he could let Bullen do the job, whilst pocketing any compensation that came our way

Daavies;
Agree with Sonny. with respect to both of them clubs ,I can't see why Gray would want to leave Wednesday at the moment.
Guest JonTheOwl66
Gray won't leave. Simple as that. He's got a secure job, in a team playing well, with fans who like him, and with a chairman who wants him to succeed. Nowt to worry about.
FlyingOwl
He's not an ego-centric manager or a money chaser. You'd be stupid to take the Cardiff job.
gurujuan
For what it's worth, I don't think he will leave. Both those clubs have money though, something he's denied here at Hillsborough
Guest JonTheOwl66
He's not an ego-centric manager or a money chaser. You'd be stupid to take the Cardiff job. Exactly. It won't happen. I'm not just blindly saying that either, he won't leave anytime soon. I think he realises he's in a good place right now, and he'd be a fool to let it slip. He isn't a fool. NYCOWL
Sometimes a manager is just the right man at the right time. There's no guarantee he would be able to repeat his success at Wednesday elsewhere.
areNOTwhatTHEYseem
He's finally got a crack at managing a big club, has won the fans over and is well-respected by the players, who are implementing his style of play to the best of their abilities. I'd be very surprised if a man of Gray's intelligence wanted to jack all that in to move to a club where the fans demand a bigger name, will be on his back from day one and where the players are demoralised and may be incapable of fitting in to his preferred system. If he made that move and things didn't go brilliantly, he may never get another chance again. He's building something special here; why leave?
