He took the job down there for 20/21 after relegation. Got sacked after we beat them down there I believe and then ended up at S2 under Heckingbottom. Got to be said O'Neil has done an excellent job at Bournemouth this season. Don't particularly like the club but he has done brilliantly to steer them clear of the drop. I've got to think there is some sort of previous between O'Neil and Tindall there. It seemed far too deliberate. Was O'Neil part of the same coaching staff with Tindall at some point?
