This policy can't possibly work can it?

You can't create a team spirit or a cohesive unit with that many new faces.

I just can't see them stopping up , even with Steve Cooper as manager.

I reckon he will be managing Villa by the end of the season.

Steve Cooper ain’t that good a manager anyway.

Forest had something daft like 16 players who left at the end of last season (loans ended, sold, contracts expired, etc) and then they’ve loaned out players like Mighten who aren’t ready for the PL, so they were always going to need a massive overhaul.

Having said that, I don’t think clubs should be allowed to sign a player and then loan them straight out to the owner’s other club(s) as Forest have done with Olympiakos.

As an example at another club, Watford bought that left back Kamara for £3m in January. They got relegated, “sold” him to the Pozzos’ other club Udinese for £17m, and then loaned him immediately back to Watford for this season. Clubs do this with young players to help them gain experience in familiar surroundings, which is fair enough, but Kamara is 28.

The Kamara situation is blatantly exploiting a loophole which needs closing — similar to the Hirst/Leicester/OH Leuven debacle which scammed us out of a few quid

Didn’t know that. Two words. Corrupt and cheating.

A Derby fan whinging about clubs cheating the system. Look at your spend a few years back for instance. By all rights you should be bust but were given chances no one else got. Give it a rest.

He's been just as critical of Derby tbf to him. Unless that was another one, there's that many sheep and mackems on here nowadays it's hard to keep uplol

Some of the names they’ve got through to door are impressive.

Renan Lodi is a Champions League player.

The worry is they end up doing a QPR. I don’t give a poo about the loans to Olympiacos. It’s not illegal, Watford have been doing it years.

It's not the quality of players that is the trouble but the quantity which will no doubt cause unrest in the dressing room and provide Cooper with a massive selection headache

Ive never denied we cheated other clubs, we got punished and ive even said we should have been deducted another 10 points this season as well. Really ram it home (pardon the pun).

But its come out today that Forest have been taking out massive interest loans to fund their spending sprees (redevolpment of the shed as well), so its all being done on tax dime so theres that.

Theyre cheats, theyre cheating the system a lot worse than we did and are getting off scot free (for now at least)

If and when it all comes out I want them to be given the same treatment from opposition fans that we got.

And to top it all off... theyre owner is a piece of sh!t that should not be mear a football club, shouldnt be allowed in the country either.

Its not illegal but theyre benefitting from a loophole like we did with the stadium, the loophole we expoloited was closed and we rightly took punishment

What Forest are doing is the same as Watford only you multiply it by 10. Its a joke its being allowed ffs. Its like me starting with Derby on Football Manager, adding another manager to Man City, bidding 100m for a random rotation player and accepting it... there you go have 100m quid. Only hes doing it with our tax money 🤣.

Theyre taking out big loans which will mever get paid back they never do just look at how we cheated the tax man. Its a reason it feels a bit hollow having Hourihane and McGoldrick playing for us. The tax payer will be picking up their bill as well. You can find their big loan stuff if you search for it.

And its not just Forest all of them in the prem have been at it including West Ham and Everton, the latter of which used covid to wipe out their losses...

So... TV money ? If their all taking out loans where does all that tv money go? And are City really getting funded by oil money? And why havent the City owners been feeling it with the fuel crisis? Leicesters owners have been supposedly struggling so why not Newcastles and City’s

It all stinks to high heaven up there and then theres the way Burnleys American owners got hold of that club...

So because you didn’t pay your debts, anyone else in a similar position won’t?

You contradict your owt statement, I’m struggling to find an article which shows West Ham + Everton have shafted anyone and, not paid debts they owned.

You’re a rival fan with your knickers in a twist because your fiercest rivals are riding a wave whilst you’re at the lowest point you’ve been for years.

By your reckoning, anyone with large, manageable debt, is a scumbag because some people don’t pay. The irony being, you’re one of the clubs who’s shafted numerous others.

Got a mortgage? Scumbag, how dare you finance your purchase in a perfectly legal, industry wide, accepted manner.

Nothing to stop Forest taking out loans against future tv monies.

Dem Blades did a similar thing a few seasons back.

Issue is that you are spending future cash and, if they do go down, they could be in a right pickle.
