People being derogatory, insulting and disrespectful is encouraged and made worse by other peoples acceptance, approval or justification of what they post. Personal insults like this lead on to suicides amongst some of us, not me I hasten to add, but some of us are susceptible to it. You are absolutely right. Completely out of order to name call. The trouble is that it's the 'banter' defence.
