Didn't realise Marshall was such a character or even a manc for that matter , some great tales and really surprised he packed in professionally at 29 , now playing in the pub leagues with his mates. If you have an hour , have a listen , the podcast undr the cosh is brilliant , have seen interviews with Dean windass , Nigel Jenson , paddy Kenny on there all fantastic , can't praise it enough. What do others think if they've seen it ? I find it can be hit or miss. Some really really good ones but then you get some like Andy Johnson and Alan Rogers off the top of my head where they're awful. Leon Knight was so bad it was good. He obviously doesn’t mean legend in its truest definition does he. I’ve used the word before loosely, like when someone does something good or funny. ‘What a legend’
Gob_Bluth
I don't think some of the old timers realise that a younger fans definition of legend might be a little different Any fan born after 2000 has never seen us in the Premier League, never saw the players we had in the 90's Ben Marshall could well be one of the better players they've ever seen play for us, and certainly could be in a younger fans top

The Duberry one is also quite interesting talking about his time at Chelsea and Leeds court case. Think its the Tommy Miller one too who talks about playing under Di canio's management which sounds even more crazy than you could imagine it. Hirstys_12th_Pint
Nicky Weaver, Chris Sedgwick and Mark Crossley (Shithoouusseeee) ones are excellent. Crossleys stories of Cloughy definitely worth a listen. Scottish lad who I can't recall his name has 2 episodes and one is pretty much all Di Canio. Great story about Di Canio scrapping with Leon Clarke.

Emerson Thome
He was definitely an Owlstalk legend. Probably had the most threads about him on here until Hirst hit puberty.
