Any guesses as to why Fernando came on tonight?

Not worth risking it really.

Tomlin would have roundhouse kicked him in the face decapitating him and sending his hesd scudding across the turf as his limp, lifeless body fell to the turf.

The Ref would have given them a penalty leading to them nicking all 3 points

And The FA would have banned Fernando for a millennium even though he was dead.

Agree, and it was a mistake to take off Bannan.

bannan wasn't in the game 2nd half whether he was carrying a knock I don't know , he was getting bullied and had no effect 2nd half. but he should have fetched on fessi instead. and replaced fletcher who was tiring with nuhiu . there were loads of space for fessi to run into as Cardiff were pushing forward

We weren't keeping the ball with him on the pitch so it was understandable to sacrifice him for some proper height. Didn't work in the end but it was probably the correct decision as he wasn't effective enough.

Not played enough first team games over the last year, yes he's probably fit, but monk might have decided he's not yet match Sharp or fit enough yet.

It was a tight game we were 0-1 up away from home and he's not the best defencivly or the quickest.

Bringing Murphy on who's quicker and would theoretically be better for fast countering on the break did make sense, it was just a pity he was absolutely awful when he came on and offered very little, though hindsight is a wonderful thing.
