Was reading that from next season you have to have 1 home grown player on the bench. If not, you get one less sub.

He may well get more opportunities as a result as the only other is Palmer I'd guess

only applies if we don't go up of course

Wrong season: 2018-2019 is when it starts

Because I have been told directly by one of the few people within the club that would know.

Surely the 5k increase is worth it to retain your source

Rooney was starring in the Premier League at 16 and for England at 17.

Listen up buster, this is Owlstalk. Keep your stinky facts and common sense to yourself.

Jesus will be worth at least £50m and will fire us to the Premiership title.

Imagine growing up with a Dad who continually gives you little tips about the best way of scoring goals.

A former star striker.

Not many kids get that kind of tutorial from a young age.

He's born to score goals.

Let that be for us.

We could sign Gary Lineker's 4 lads with the fee.

Your comparison is utterly meaningless.

What are you trying to say?

You're not very bright are you?

You compared him with Rooney who was playing for England at 17.

You then compared him to David Hirst who was banging goals in playing adult football at George's age.

If we confirm our Play Off spot before the Fulham game I would start Hirst against Fulham.

I doubt it - imagine he'll play in some of the pre-season games and the early rounds of the league cup - we'll have to have injuries for him to get a start in the league games.

He'll have to wait his time - we had the leagues' top scorer until he signed for us, not even in the squad yesterday, and a £10m striker on the bench. Nuihu played a blinder when he came on in a very targeted and clever move by CC - can't imagine Hirst could, or would be expected to do the same or have the same impact.

I'm bright enough know that a comparison between league 2 Barnsley in 1987 and Championship Wednesday in 2017 is meaningless.

You actually said "pure greed" which is total rounduns.

If we can pay £62K per week to Rhodes, £40K to Fletcher, £34K to Hooper and £17K to Winnall then we can afford to keep Hirst happy.

If we lose the most promising youngster we've produced for 30 years for a fraction of his potential value it will be madness.

Are you on crack ?

If so give me your dealers mobile no plz .
