Good player but im not sure he likes to defend much, might be used behind May up front? Still better than what we've got so he'll be a good addition, wonder about his personality though moving on from Forest and now Watford. Something can't be quite right with the talent he has.

'Despite their dip in form, Mandaric insists he is “100 per cent” behind Gray, who hopes to recruit at least one new player before they travel to Huddersfield Town on Saturday'.

Taken from the Star today, hopefully McGugan is on his way

This is just a cut and paste jobbie each week, with the name of the opposition changed. Getting bored of this spin now.

thought we were signing ben marshall?

itk'er on here said so

Thing is we actually were. The deal was close, just Mandaric pulled out as he wasn't convinced the money was being spent right.

In other words he felt it was too much money.

And now Marshall is in the form of his life. Unbelievable really

It didn't take a genius to see he was quality and was a better fit for our current team than Antonio. The lad was an investment and would have been an asset to us.

Sadly as is the Wednesday way (not just the MM way) we dilly dallied and now he's one of it not Blackburn's best player.
