@owlstalk
Have we got any examples we can use of when the team have turned it round after a bollocking by Dave Jones ? Either at half time when losing to come back out and turn it into a win, or where we have gone a few games being beaten and come back next game after a Dave Jones kicking and smashed a win in? Orlando_Trustful
I don't think that Jones is much of a motivator. He seems an incredibly dull and lethargic man.

The obvious one is to look at how he got a lot more out of Megsons players who got reemed at Chesterfield away, to then go on and ultimately win promotion with 10 wins and 2 draws. I don't think he's going to be one for throwing boots at players heads every week. Sounds like full time last night was a different story though. g-owls
Derby at home. Went 2-0 down early in the second half, came back to 2-2 and should have gone on and won.

NeonLeon
Regardless of the score we've always done better in the 2nd half from what I've seen.
Past Member
I think we frequently perform better in the 2nd half People often comment that this is a sign of a good manager. You could equally argue its the sign of bad management.
