Last season, from Christmas his team responded to a poor, poor start- this is enough to show me that DJ's and his coaching staff have it within them to turn things around when things aren't going to plan.

I don't think that Jones is much of a motivator. He seems an incredibly dull and lethargic man.

There were plenty last season. And that was a real change. Because fore years before that , we never seemed to be able to come back into a game after going a goal or two down.

It's what he says before kick off that worries me, it invariably takes us 15 minutes of being battered to get into a game.
