Guest Lawrie Maddens Hump
Last season, from Christmas his team responded to a poor, poor start- this is enough to show me that DJ's and his coaching staff have it within them to turn things around when things aren't going to plan. Guest JonTheOwl66
I don't think that Jones is much of a motivator. He seems an incredibly dull and lethargic man. Don't get people who say players need motivating. Do it thi sen.
DMX
If players aren't motivated by 2,500 fans sat behind a goal cheering them on for an hour and a half during a performance like that then nowt will do it.

royalowlisback
The point of this thread is what exactly? If he has given a bollocking to his players about losing at half time, then surely the fact we were losing in the 1st place is an issue. And then we are meant to be impressed about winning a game, after losing 6, and then 7 on the trot?
OwlsfaninNorway
Any others? I just want to be able to show doubters that we will be ok Saturday There were plenty last season. And that was a real change. Because fore years before that , we never seemed to be able to come back into a game after going a goal or two down. The Dukeries Owl
It's what he says before kick off that worries me, it invariably takes us 15 minutes of being battered to get into a game.
