Guest mkowl
Sorry just noticed the picture said it was taken on the Kop not at MK As I say major shock he would only be 46. Was involved in the local Sunday League scene playing and managing.

Guest mkowl
Just remembered a story involving Mick. We always stood on the Kop where the right hand upright is now but this is back in the day before the roof. At that spot you could see all the pitch over the fence and very few folk stood in front of that. We went to an early round Milk Cup tie and the sponsors were throwing cartons of flavoured milk into the crowd at half time. By the time they had done the circuit we were at the finishing bit. They got bored and just threw the pack in which Mick caught, about 40 cartons. He generously handed these out, but it was disgusting banana flavour. The game was a bit boring so the 2nd half was spent chucking half consumed cartons around the Kop, milk everywhere. His mum never believed him about the origin of the stains on his clothes.
