The Batman
Just get Coke back and now this! Hope we bring in a midfielder or 2 soon.
EighteenSixty7
We definitely need 2 midfielders in at least, make it happen Irvine

Lincowl
I don't believe he was injury prone before he signed for us. Hasn't been a great signing all things considered.

malek
Miller, O'Connor and Potter will all hopefully depart in the summer.
Lee A
Would never wish an injury on a player of course, but this isnt the worst news i've hreard today. Miller, Potter or JOC, whoever plays it makes very little difference to be honest. Really hope Coke stays fit though.

Lincowl
Agreed. When we all called for Miller to play in the centre I think we expected a lot more than we actually got in the end. Hadn't been in great form for Sunderland or Ipswich then we added injuries into the mix.
Hack-Abusi
contract up at end of the season isn't it i'd look at moving him on to be honest, 30-odd now and injury prone with us must be something in the water

theowlsman
We have got to clear out all the Midfield in the summer apart from Coke and Palmer. Don't necessarily disagree with this. My main concern at the moment, with Miller being out however, is who is going to miss the next penalty?

My main concern at the moment, with Miller being out however, is who is going to miss the next penalty? IMO we really need to improve this midfield and the current midfield players have been here for a couple of seasons or so now and have not really pulled up any trees(apart from Coke and Palmer) Miller is useful but seems to pick up a lot of injury's and JOC might give you 100 % but you need more from a 'ball winner', as for Potter - no comment! Until we improve this midfield i would love to see Palmer and Coke given a go - can't be any worse?
33
Palmer is the way forward, but now would be heaping too much pressure on the lad. However if we had a nice new manager that knew how to inspire people...

Mind you, I loved McAllister too and look what happened to him. I don't have badges, what do I know.

I don't have badges, what do I know. Agree i liked Macca and Simek and thought neither of them should have gone. Macca was just such a strange decision, he can't have been on much money and he had championship experience. He should have played a lot more. As for Palmer, you have to ask when is it best to give him a chance? Under Irvine i don't believe that will happen, he just does not seem interested in youth. Palmer can't do any worse like i said than Potter and JOC!
