The experience and defence support of Palmer needed. Second half we have the pace and youth of Gassama and/or Musaba to bring on around 65 mins. Iorfa, Ikky, Bernard and Marv start at the back, Vaulks shielding. Baz, Ugbo, Pov and Gasman have to start up top for me. It will be interesting to see how he plays. I thought he was average against Leeds after playing well for a while. He is better attacking than defending for sure. Nothing drastic, just maybe sack off Musaba and Gassama from the off and play an extra midfielder, so perhaps Palmer, Bannan and Vaulks, and play more as a 3-5-2 with Poveda and Ugbo up top. Hence why STARTING with Palmer to strengthen midfield with Bannan a little forward could be wise. Then at 65 mins or so..... Danny no doubt will decide what changes we need 2 get a result? Tossup who starts but musaba/gassama can share game time. Iorfa (or palmer) can help pol/pov on right and plug gaps in no10/chaplin position instead of being a rigid cb. I'd replace Musaba with Gassama from the start. It's got height and pace at the back, attacking wing backs who can push Ipswich back. Creativity, enforcement, hard graft, and a ball carrier in midfield. Pace, strength, trickery, and goals upfront. Don't see a better 11 for this game personally.
