Time to start planning for 4th March

Recommended Posts

At least today’s performance gives Bruce the opportunity to change things now. Let’s see what the new lads can do, rather than potentially throwing them in against United.

Would like to to see this line up next Saturday.

Errrm.

Personally wouldn't change both full backs, but would give Aarons a start

surely Forestieri needs to be in the team, fresh after his 1 match ban

I would change both full back, yes they have been getting clean sheets and playing better recently, but, going forward they are not good enough. Fox looks terrified when he has to attack, turns and finds Bannan on a pass back every time.

Hopefully the defensive display today will allow Bruce to make changes without it been unfair.

5 man midfield or we lose heavily.

Reach in middle with Hutch and Bannan.

Jos was playing tactics too advanced for the older players to learn.

He got it right several times, something which alot might disagree with be we did very well against all the top teams under Jos.

Sorry, I read the title, saw the line up and though OP was suggesting a line up for against the pigs

No problem old chap..at some we’ll need to plan for no FF.  The squad definately needs to evolve

Replace players we have declining confidence in with players we know bugger all about.

We've tried it before.

We need to try it again.

Get Boyd at RB. Liam Palmer CM.

My only complaint for Liam in CM was that he has zero attacking ability and no eye for a pass.

He has a great engine and covers alot of ground, so for the first time ever.

Bannan - Palmer

- -Hutchinson- -

Don't let Fleck and Norwood run the show, lets be combative and get stuck in!

For the pigs game, I’d go 4-1-4-1 which could easily be 4-3-3. I’d like to see Hutch  in defensive midfield and Bannan and Onomah above him.  Probably Reach and Aarons supporting Fletcher from wide areas. We need to compete with the pigs in central midfield.
