Kopparberg
Unfortunately I’m sure they’ll be better offers for him than us. If he likes a challenge though, we’d be a good fit.

His ambitions are somewhat off, and his lack of ability to vocalise this has been frustrating for fans a like, now they’re calling for his head". He would pay for himself 10-fold if he sorted out our horrific recruitment/transfer policy.

Bolsterstone Owl
Yes. The BBC adopted him cos he paid for their away coaches, the soft Muppet.

Les Reed has left Southampton after being at their club since 2010. He has worked as a director of football and then vice chairman role at their club. He has overseen bringing through lots of youngsters, selling on for large profits whilst keeping Southampton competitive in the PL. When he joined they were in League 1. Has been part of the team who spotted a manager called pochettino and thought he might be ok, also spotted Virgil van Diik and there are many more examples. He has left as part of a shake up but has spent 7 years there and left them in a healthy position. Now not saying he will come and take a new role immediately. But start the conversation and see if would be open to come in as director of football strategy role (call it whatever you want). If not then advisor role? Would help expand the football knowledge at our club. Basically i think he could help us change our culture a bit. Worth a call in my eyes. Give over that makes far to much sense.
davey_wells
Would be an absolute pipe dream to get him in. His track record speaks for itself - he'll end up somewhere very good surely.

Quist
He is a good man and think he did better in DoF role than vice chairman. He was good at spotting others who could do organising and recruitment role too. The chap at Norwich who is DoF started at Southampton under him went to Huddersfield and then onto Norwich. the person at Tottenham who recruited many of current stars also worked for him at Southampton although think he is leaving and working notice because can not stand Daniel Levy. We do not have a person in this guru role and have relied on consultants in last few years. Personally prefer a company man as consultants always have first responsibility to company they work for.
