No favourite children at SWFC for the boss - his comments about today on the BBC

"Lucas Joao was having a difficult game after going on as substitute, not always keeping the ball. But he was different after his first goal and in the end was very important to us.

"If he wants to be in the starting line-up, he has to work very hard in training day after day. It's as simple as that."

Everyone has to earn their place - great to have a strong man at the helm...

I thought he went a bit negative today but I suppose we couldn't see the tactic play out as Fletcher was injured so early.

Still he recognised we were struggling to retain pressure bought on FF and the game changed.

Bristol were all over the place with wayward passes 10 mins into second half, jos immediately saw an opportunity and brought on FF

Westwood?

I find this love in with Dawson worrying.

There has to be consistency of approach surely?

Definitely think Wildsmith should be getting a chance now.

Except Westwood who has been completely frozen out.

So there must be a very strong reason - something we are not privy to.  And the stats prove that Dawson is well worth his place regardless of some supporters' perceptions

Its definatly not a footballing reason that's for sure.

As for Dawson, as said on another post his shot stopping ability is up there with the best, other than that his all round game needs a lot of work.
