In Real's squad is a teenage Spanish sensation they bought for £2 million a couple of years ago. Waddle was in Marbella then and got tipped off about this kid who he watched and was briiliant. Told his mate an Owls coach but when they enquired he signed for Real a week before. Surely he would have listened to many offers and Wednesdays would have just been another one. Nice to know that we had a look at him anyway.
