It really isn't

If were top of the league we would be looking at threads saying " eeeeee wernt that theeeer firework display brill and that dinner were great at ponds forge " eeees great that Chansiri bloke

Mind you Neil you would probably be chirping that the gravy were crap and it was time to bring the Chairman to account

It’s ok to criticise the man running our club

especially when we are rock bottom of the  form table, plummeting down the league, getting hammered at home, fans walking out at half time, players ‘injured’, fans prices out of taking their families to matches, exec boxes unsold, shirt debacle, cakeball etc etc

And all In our anniversary year

The Chairman himself has said it himself about himself a few times too

But hey...

It's not ok to talk about Mr Chansiri whilst our club is in freefall because you say so

I've not done that at any point

Ps it would be interesting to see what fans thoughts would be if Mr Chansiri HADN'T got millions of pounds to his name

The sheer fact that he has but cant' spend it on Sheffield Wednesday makes it ironic that we have fans bending over backwards to make sure any errors get ignored.

My guess is that if Mr Chansiri didn't have zlillions of squids, that there would be fans burning effigies of him in the carpark right now

He's getting away very very lightly this season

True

No point in having millions and millions if you just spaff it all away

Look at that Carl geezer who won the lottery in the 2000's and bought cars and houses and coke and hookers and is now totally skint

There's a prime example of why considered and clever investment in the playing squad is key and not just spaffing money on whoever your advisors tell you to or whatever the reason was for buying Jordan Rhodes was at the time (ps I like Rhodes and want him to start banging em in to shut the haters up)

I bet he's got some great memories though.

Didn't say you had but you condone it absolutely

That's a ridiculous thing to say and not true at all. That's like me saying you want Jos sacked

I like Chansiri and want him to succeed and hope he turns it round asap

But IT IS OK to criticise him you know...

Jesus H Christ on a bike

If Uncle Dave had made some of the monumental mistakes DC has, and made some of the bizarre decisions, all hell would be breaking lose.

100%

Any chairman in fact

The only two reasons that Mr Chansiri isnt' currently :

1) The fact fans think he has millions to spend
2) The recent 9 hour fans forum

That's his right to do so

If that's how he feels

Doesn't mean I agree with him

Also doesn't mean some of his points aren't very valid

Were having a bad season he sacked the Manager

That's it

Its not everything though is it ?

We are in this position because of poor management and shocking recruitment. He has changed the manager, but Jos is saddled with the rubbish that have been signed in the last two years. Millions of pounds wasted on shocking players. Doyen are responsible for a lot of this. You have to look further up the tree than the manager for the poor recruitment that has left us in this mess. Old players were signed on big wages and long contracts . Someone sanctioned these deals and signed the cheques .

Promotion to the premier league can be achieved without spending millions and millions , Huddersfield proved that with the right recruitment . Carlos lost the plot and had to go , but he isnt solely responsible for the complete mess we are in on the field. The buck stops at boardroom level im afraid. If DC had an experienced football man on the board, then im pretty sure a lot of these players would not have been signed, but because DC knows very little about football, parasites like Doyen have screwed him for all they can get.

Unlike employing our own scouts , chosen by the manager , who have the clubs best interest , we have been paying a company who`s only interest is getting you to sign THEIR players ,because thats how Doyen make money. Its a complete conflict of interests. This is where an experienced  football man on the board is worth his weight in gold in looking after the clubs best interests.

Our problems run much deeper than changing the manager.  We should have moved heaven and earth to Keep Paul Aldridge at the club.

So you can't ask for Carlos to leave and it's too early for Jos so Chansiri is getting it in the neck now. How about we are in a poor spot due to lots of mistakes and bad decisions by all involved at Wednesday, but he brought in a CEO, fired the COO and replaced the manager in an effort to turn it around. From Jan 5th to Feb 5th was never going to suddenly fix all the issues. Lets just accept we are in a relegation battle and get behind the lads and try and stop up this year. Then a long hard summer of training and squad rotating is needed. Also drop any expectation of the PL, our window is shut and when we get back to being able to compete it will be a completely different team. Wembley was great and Play-offs were great, now we are back to 55 points target as quickly as possible. This isn't because Chansiri has 'run out of money' it Is because to build a squad capable of getting out of this league takes time or a monumental shift in finances like Wolves have. We have no parachute payments so we have to be patient and take our next chance when it comes. Those 2 play-off loses was our missed opportunity, that opportunity would have never happened without Chansiri. He is learning as he goes, give him time and he will get there. We need to unite because if not we may go down and if we hit league 1 again then it is oblivion.

100 %.

Perhaps a bit of criticism and a reality check will encourage the Chairman to take stock and learn from the huge mistakes made so far.

Hopefully this rather than another 3 am rant offering season ticket refunds anyway.

There’s context to everything and it’s foolish to ignore that. Allen made a number of decisions which I believe (and others should make up their own minds) were antagonistic, malicious and very much placed self interest over that of the club at a time when we were already on our knees. As a result good will from some fans was zero. Also let’s not pretend all fans were anti Allen or even aware/bothered by his mistakes. I and others spent months on end on here highlighting the truth in the face of the majority who supported him whilst wanting to blame Wednesdayite for all our problems.

It amazes me how people can try and blame DC for our current situation. can't remember him missing a penalty, or having a poor game, we have got the strongest squad than any other era. It is not his fault that we have an injury list that would reegate most clubs.

Thing is bud hes the man at the top, the guy in charge that vetos everything, so he must shoulder some of the blame as he was the one with blind loyalty to Carlos. I'm not saying all the blame as our scouting network hasn't been up to scratch, the medical team havnt done thier job properly and of course Carlos takes some of the blame for our present predicament, but DC cannot be blameless.
