g-owls
Nigel Pearson was at Tibshelf services a few days ago having a discussion with a guy who was suited, booted and wearing a SWFC club tie.
Elvin Parsnip
Sure the title is Head Coach but there are lots of ways that you can influence from that position. Pearson and Allardyce both have great track records and that counts for a greta deal on any committee. Clueless Carlos on the other hand has never achieved anything. And on that basis why would we think he will achieve anything? Apart from a promotion, a league cup and getting three different teams into Europe Edited September 17, 2015 by elvin parsnip

Earlsfieldowl
I've said this before, im prepared to put my neck on the line and say that Nigel Pearson will not manage Sheffield Wednesday. All to lose and not much to gain. He lives in Sheffield and I very much doubt he would want to pressure of living in the city AND having to manage one of the clubs with some of the moronic idiots that support both clubs. Also in response to people saying he was right to shout back at those fans, yes he does have every right to respond to fans complaining BUT he doesn't have the right to shout 'F#ck off and die' to them. Imagine if he did that at Hillsborough, he'd get strung up. Not so sure - money talks and If he was paid enough to do it and given the backing he likes he would do it. If CC goes west and DC panics, the comittee will be gone and Nige could be enticed in. The squad is decent and a strong manager should be able to work a it of alchemy with this lot. DIPPS_S.W.F.C
Throttling players on the touch line is hardly a normal way to behave!Proper Manager!!Should have give him a kick too!! Just like when he played cb for us !!
wakefieldowl
I'd love to see Carlos succeed, I really would, but there is no sentiment in football. Big nige would take us up I have every confidence. We have the played, but I feel we need an experienced British manager to get us organised Nige is that man
Minton
Clueless Carlos on the other hand has never achieved anything. He got a 2nd Division Portuguese team into Europe for the first time.

Athelwulf
Our main problem is the lack of a strike force. To get promoted a team has to score around 90 goals. The top managers in the world couldn't get this team up, not unless strikers are brought in. Pearson knows that, and he'd want guarantees that they'd be brought in. Pearson wouldn't accept this regime either, which is probably why we ended up with o Carlos in the first place...
