slinger208b
Look at the second picture which shows when the ball was played and perhaps re-assess your opinion Thats the picture I was referring to. The ball is in the air so already been played. When it was first touched, the attacker was in line...
DobbinTheDonkey
After seeing those stills, I now know I was correct in my judgement that there were 4 flipping defending players and all were backing off instead of atleast one pressurising the player with the ball. Guest mkowl
Does he play the pass forward when the striker taps it in? If he is behind the passing player it is onside but having seen it a couple of times that looks mighty close as well but you would need a better angle
BIG D
I thought it was offside at the time and it turns out I was right.
Stoop
Terrible officials yet again today The linesman was 20 yards behind play for Watford's first goal, and for for some reason decided to not award us a certain penalty Not taking owt away from Watford though, they deserved the points

coopswfc76
It's off end of story there's a still showing it that's linesman fault, those 2 penalty calls at end though shocking decisions from ref. Also

Maybe someone can correct me here but if he plays it back or sideways it doesnt matter, but if he plays it forwards then surely the other player has to be offside. geriatricowl
Does he play the pass forward when the striker taps it in? Yes he does, without a doubt, offside by a country mile, forget the first one which I thought was also offside although a close call for the linesman. but the pass forward for the tap in not to be flagged by the linesman was very very poor. not even close . Miffed
Posted in another thread, that blue line isnt parallel with the halfway line. Take a piece of paper and hold it against the half way line, then move it across towards the blue line , its miles out.

I did it quickly to prove a pointHe's even more offside if you make it parallel Edited October 18, 2014 by EcclesallOwl
Leaping Lannys Perm
Was convince it wasn't offside when I saw it but it was closer than I thought. Still doesn't look offside to me.
