RUMBELOWS91
I actually think Nuhiu could be quite effect on the right of a front 3. Being able to hit a long diagonal ball to him would be a difficult tactic to defend against.
***HIRSTY***
Waddle always looked knackered...he was always running at the end just like Nuhiu I never said he stopped towing it...
Guest Matt Lee
Madine needs games in the championship to get better in the championship ffs! The only thing that can't be taught is how to finish and that boy can. I feel sorry for the lad. Put up with been a bench warmer for seasons when everytime he's come on he's worked his socks off. go-wednesday
Tbh I've watched us 5 times this season so far and I'm not convinced either with Nuhiu. This is why I think Gray is going to loan in another striker like he's already suggested. If we had gotten Cox it'd be May and Cox starting every week. I think Gray has already spotted this problem. ReadingOwl
I'd drop Nuhiu, too. I think he is too important to the teams psyche and playing style. I actually think as far as the players are concerned he is becoming a bit of a talisman. I'd rest him, avoid possible injury - and save him for the league. I think he'll play though. Stoop
Nuhiu and may are a big part in why we are getting so many clean sheets. The amount of running and closing down they both do is unbelievable
Saxondale
Is this thread for real? I'm not his biggest fan but I thought he was very good on Saturday. Won practically everything and ran his blood to water. I really wonder what people are looking at sometimes.
archieswfc
Madine not good enough for the Championship.End of. He's never had a run. Not once has he played 5/6 games on the spin. I'm not saying he's good enough, neither am I saying he isn't but until he's given a chance it's quite a bold statement to say "end of".
Saxondale
People slating Nuhiu and screaming for Madine to replace him are the craziest posters on this site. Really, really backward people.

JoshTheOwl
He always looks like hes's towing a caravan with two flat tyres. Yup, payed close attention to him on Saturday.. Embarrassingly slow. Edited September 23, 2014 by JoshTheOwl
SiJ
Do people really expect a 6ft 6 bloke who probably weighs around 14 odd stone to be quick?

Once we get another striker in to suppliment Nuhui and May,then iam afraid that Madine's chances of getting any first team football will have but disappeared at s6 unless we have another injury crisis. The best bet for him is to go out on loan to a league 1 side. ReadingOwl
The bloke does a job. No matter how unfashionable he is. He does a job. A job within a paper thin squad that has us at 6th in the League. He is doing a successful job at the moment. I can't see what there is to argue about or what is controversial about his selection. Seems a bit daft to me.

Some fans just don't like certain players, regardless of what they are doing. Even when someone likes Adthe does well they'll still slag him off or highlight what he didn't do. The guys an important player for us and is integral to how we have been performing this season. Why anyone would drop him for Madine, a player who's most notable contribution in two years has been to punch someone, is beyond me.
Ronio
If Nuhiu wasn't playing, I'm sure we wouldn't have picked up those 7 clean sheets in 10 games, We defend from the front.
