tomhollywood
No, we need a complete change. Players are in a rut and Gray is not the answer.

Lawrie Madden
Was it to be expected ? Are we still in a honeymoon period ? Have the results been enough to convince you that Gray's the man ? The way he let the game drift against Bournemouth was plenty enough to tell me he emphatically is not the man for the job.

Mr. Chow
It's not results it's tactics, playing reda upfront, Kieran lee centre mid and Liam Palmer at right back is enough to laugh about. gurujuan
Hamstrung with no quality attacking options, a point was probably the best we could hope for today. Is Gray the man to take us forward? That depends on Milan, and how much he is willing to put up. The right manager, and the right players, are gonna cost him a bob or two, will he shell out? A great post and the most pertinent question that we should all be asking. My guess is that a Gray will stay in charge and will be asked to continue with what we have in terms of playing staff. shandypants
No Gray is not the man. We need a proper manager and leader ASAP.....and that new manager needs serious money to buy the players that are needed. It's flipping soul destroying - I honestly can't see anything changing. Lawrie Madden
How can you guarantee he would be a liability? Carnage follows him everywhere Swindon he had to break in to get his stuff out the office and Sunderland was a car crash under him .....................................and he's a cooont who slagged everything about Wednesday and Sheffield

He gets 100% involved in his work.
