Holloway odds massively shortened

Recommended Posts

Wouldn't shock me if bookies just randomly lengthen and shorten the odds on people they are confident aren't getting the job, just to drive interest in the market.

Serious question.

Don't Sky own Skybet?

They can just report on a rumour - get interest and bets placed?

This must be a conflict of interest?

Will be available after Christmas.

Had a fallout with the new boss who wanted the team to dress in blue.

I thought his boss was getting the sack for prefering a 2-2-2-2 line up with a sleigh at the back. Will Rudolf lead from the front if he comes ?

Mate odds have been changing every week, it doesn't mean anything.

I know it doesnt mean anything most of the time, its just Holloway has never been up there with the favs in terms of odds. I was wondering if there was any news at all that had led to this (other than someone talking to holloway in a taxi queue).

I put money on Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer earlier at 150-1 (going to be co-manager with Barry Venison).

His odds have now dropped to 16-1.

Just saying.

You should get your money on before the odds shorten again.

He can't wait to take hold of the reins apparently

Saw Rudolph earlier, he was in Comet.

In all seriousness a mate of mine has messaged me .

He's been told to put money on Holloway.

Waiting for a response about source and reliability.

As above. Any reason for this?

He is favourite after Gray now.

bookie was talking on the radio about the markets for next manager. In most cases they are so small that if somebody puts a tenner on lets say Holloway the odds change dramatically. The bookies don't like them because at the end of the day there's not much profit in them.
