Millwall to play in our Yellow away kit from last season

Recommended Posts

The nitty county game. The referee said that their black stripes clashed with our blue stripes and their away kit was also deemed to clash.

We decided to play in our away kit at home rather than give county the shirts.

This is not the first time this has happened. Didn't notts County have to play in our away kit one season? I think we won 2-1.

Brings a new meaning to "We're all Wednesday aren't we"

Both of their kits clashed with our home strip so we payed in our yellow away strip. Drew 2-2 after leading 2-0!

#Millwall could well start the game in @swfc's away kit after the wrong skip was delivered to Hillsborough

SKIP

:tango:

Media team can't do their job, kit man can't do their job.

Maybe they could borrow their fans shirts? Did they bring enough fans to give al ltheir players a shirt? XXL might be a bit baggy though

it is a skip. not like the one you'd have outside your house, but the plastic type, like a big crate with an attached lid.

And we played at Tranmere in about 2002 in Rovers away kit. We lost 2-0.    Millwall were rubbish in our kit. They played OK in the Blackpool kit though.

Remember in late 70's on the Kop and we lost 1-2 at home to Tranmere.  Russ Allen and the gloriously named John Thomas scored for them and the lad next to me put it down to us having "rubbish football germs in the changing rooms".  Wonder if this theory holds water with the old yellow kit.as well!
