He needs to make the players (ie all the squad) believe that he believes in them (ie- that they are capable of winning promotion), and also get the players' to believe in him and his methods. I feel that these fundamnetal dynamics have well and truly broken down between Megson and his players. The team do not look like they are playing with confidence and it would seem that the togetherness that was evident in the first two thirds of the season has gone. These are worrying times!
