basegreenowl
Italian managers seem to do ok in Engliah football. Capello arart. What do you think about an Italian Manager? Maybe Di Canio or Carbone? Di Canio would be a larger than life character. Any other Italian options? Maybe AI could be used as a coach? It is well known that he was a good coach at Everton. Maybe not manaegement material. I do hope his fortunes can turn around starting on Saturday!

S63 Owl
I'd love us to try and get Zola here, never really worked out for him at West Ham! Think he'd be an excellent manager for us and do a similar job as DiMatteo and Poyet!

Captain Scarlett
Sorry to burst any bubbles but if Grant goes at West Ham then I believe De Canio if offered the job would go to West Ham to manage. Still we can all dream. Would be a great appointment here I think.
tomhollywood
Scottish managers also tend to do well, look at Ferguson, Dalglish. This said, shall we just keep Irvine then?

Guest BoomTownOwls
Maybe Lee Strafford was a follower of this bizarre theory. Scottish managers do well, Shankly, Ferguson, Dalglish, Moyes, Busby. Lets get Alan Irvine!!!!!!!
