INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY:

 

• Arrive at Hillsborough College, S6 2ET for 12.30pm
• Wear your team colours and ASTRO trainers.  NO BLADES.
• If you have a football, bring it.
• Team Captains, as per the posts above, please check in with me when you arrive for the info on the day.
• Players, please check in with your Team Captains before 12.45pm
• Team Captains let me know when all your team arrive.  If there are any latecomers, let me know by 12.55pm
• Kick off of first match will be 1pm.  This will not be delayed
• If you are going to be late or can't make it, please let me know via Owlstalk

RULES:

• No slide tackling at all.  You are allowed to stretch to block the ball but may not slide to dispossess another player.
• If you slide, you will be SENT OFF immediately - this is a rule imposed by Hillsborough College who have a guy watching.
• Play with the charitable spirit we are all promoting.  No diving, fouling or bad play - it isn't in the spirit of the day.
• If there is no ref for a game, the Captain's will be jointly responsible for agreeing all decisions - NO ARGUING.
• If you commit a foul or touch the ball out of play, admit it.  No dirty or unsportsmanlike play please.
• For a free-kick, the wall must be 5 yards away.
• There will be no offside rule.
• The ball is allowed to go above head height (Sam Allardyce play is encouraged)
• Throw ins are taken normally.
• Subs are roll on/roll off when the ball goes out of play.
• Keepers can come out of their box.
• Players can enter and score within the goalkeeper area.
• The backpass rule applies.
• When the whistle blows for the end of the game, that is it.  Nothing after that counts.

ORGANISATION:

• Captain's should both come to find me after each game so I can record the result and scorers.
• Kivo will be giving each Captain their team schedule so follow it.
• Bring your own water and suncream if needed.
