Messi has carried them for 3 years with the help of Alba, Suarez and Ter Stegen. Xavi and Iniesta are improssible to replace but the midfielders they have signed do not fit the way they play and they haven't had a decent right-back since Dani Alves and he was key to their approach. Well yes, abuse in more ways than one. Loaning out players can strengthen team against your main rivals but you can then choose to make sure they don't play against your on team, its a flawed system.
