There wasn't many if any clear chances today.

Think the midfielders need to look at their self more than the strikers today.

They need to create our strikers chances.

Hutchinson and Reach?...how hard do the chances  have to be?

Fox header, FF on the turn?..Fletchers scuffed shot first half?

Poor display of marksmanship today I thought

The lad we brought on for Boyd is nippy tho!!!

The first two are the only clear chances we had. Hutchinson and Reach both midfielders not strikers.

The other chances were only half chances.

But Hutch and Reach were clear cut?

Do you really HAVE to be a striker to put the ball in from 6 yds Birley?

Well no but thats partly my point.

Not the strikers fault we didn't win today.

Nope..I take your point..I thought Fletcher had to do too much work in areas where he isn't dangerous...Fox didn't seem to want to move into space, and Reach got around the back and couldn't pick a man out several times...

FF rarely turned his man like he used to, he was happy to lay it off...He frustrated me cos wouldn't try it in their half, but has no inhibitions trying it just outside our penalty area

And? The pigs are smashing that with a bunch of nobodies.

I don’t think an expected win against the shiite of Reading was much to hope for

And?

We've turned a corner cannot win every week, we are now creating more chances per game than we have done for 18 month.

Need to remember that, a point today is a point more than we would have got with the tashed warrior in charge.

I think even Jos would have got us a point against this lot

This is absolutely no dig at Bruce, I’m over the moon he’s with us

It’s a dig at the players. Too many living off past reputations

Thought we were OK in the first half, can't remember the last time we had 4 shots on target in the first 10 minutes! Or 7 on target in the first half, albeit only 2 of them actually forcing the keeper to work. Then in the second half - zero shots on target tells it's own story.

When I saw their keeper's name on the scoreboard I remembered that we had a keeper on loan from Arsenal about 5-6 years ago with the same name who I'd almost completely forgotten and I wondered whatever happened to him. Now I've just found out that it was actually the same player! And still on Arsenal's books after all this time.
