I thought similar, but came up with Pearson.

 

Walker was world class, Pearson was just great - but Pearson was a single voice who was hard as nails and his confidence passed through the entire squad.

 

If not Pearson, then it'd have to be Waddle or Hirst - both inspirational and game changers.
