Losing Faith in the manager.

Things weren't perfect last season.

We had some bad results last year, dropped some silly points and were frequently very naive. At the end of the day as great as last season was, we were "only" sixth and 15 points behind Brighton. It wasn't perfect.

But you know what, that was OK, because at least we had an identity and we were an exciting team to watch. The football last year was great. People were entertained. People knew the game we wanted to play.

This year it's been sh*t, let's be honest. The football is garbage. It's slow and negative and ponderous. We've spent big money and still have areas of the team desperately short on quality. All the excitement of last season has gone. All remnants of the exciting football we played last season have gone.

Last season doesn't give Carlos a free pass and he's absolutely open to criticism based on how this season has gone so far.

Personally, I'm sick of seeing it and want a change. That said, I'm happy to wait until the end of the season to get it. This season couldn't be more binary for Carlos. Either he gets promoted or he doesn't. And if he doesn't he will be gone. To an extent I don't see much value in worrying about it too much right now. But I am deeply frustrated by Carlos and the way the team has been playing all season, and I don't begrudge anybody who is sick of it.

I absolutely love Carlos, he has been a breath of fresh air to us but it's deeply concerning how negative he has become with his tactics.

Its also deeply concerning he started Sasso today. We all know I think he's crap and we all know many on here like him as he scored two goals once. That mistake he made today was as predictable as tomorrow. However, instead of slating a poor player I think it's alarming the manager didn't start Hutchinson at centre back. More alarming when 1-0 down he could have still took Sasso off and out Hutch back with Abdi and Bannan centre.

Pudil has been terrible thisnseason but even the terrible Pudil of this season is better then that fox What another poo poo defender. That's two of them in that back four today.

Only Hunt, Loovens and Fernando can sleep well tonight.

Lastly Rhodes was absolutely woeful all game as usual and then he gets a chance from the spot. I was willing him on and we get a shot as feeble as his play. Fletcher to be fair came on and showed more fight and character then Rhodes.

I guess I'll end the day as I started it...please come back soon Hooper.

If Lees is injured for much longer then play Hutchinson at baxk and play Abdi and Bannan in there or Jones (why sign him).

Feel fed up. Very uninspiring stuff we are a shadow of the exciting team from last season. My only defence of Carlos is Lee and Hooper are the missing cogs to our fast one touch football.

I guess ill I'll be ok after anothe beer and will join you all tomorrow and come around to the thinking Sasso is brilliant (should keep Tom out) and despite another error he scored twice once so he's brilliant. And although Rhodes has 1 in 6 now for us and doing quite a good job at imitating Stevie Maybhe did score a lot of goals two seasons ago.

its hard to to be positive after watching that.

Depressing as your post is, I have to agree with most of what you say. Sasso should never have started today. It's getting increasingly hard to be positive about our chances in the playoffs - IF we make them!

What makes me really laugh, is that as you are parading your constant negativity, even beyond the call of duty to your other fellow negativo's, your constant slagging of anyone, anything and everything remotely to do with Sheffield Wednesday is accompanied by a WAWAW at the side of your user name.

Behave. I've only ever said I do t rate Sasso and Jordan Rhodes isn't doing what he should be.

I can't take any more of Carlos, I have been critical of him not just this season, but last season too.

The decisions he makes are just nuts and it continuous.

But you're not actually a fan are you.

Youre just a sad little man who likes trolling a football forum for attention.

No fan starts a thread saying he wants the team to fail so the manager can get sacked.

Just try being positive mate, it might catch on! I know it's not easy at the moment, we've had the P**s ripped out of us for 70 minutes from about 30 yards away from them toe rags and then run the gauntlet across their car park, so it isn't always easy but i don't accept it's half as bad as it's made out and this rampant negativity and hatchet jobs on individual players achieves nothing.

It's pointless & self defeating.

It's better to be negative on here after a game then at the games.

Who gives a bobbar on here it's about being straight and if some of the armchair fans get upset then so be it.

I am am very positive in Carlos and I'm sure the areas where I'm losing faith in him and many others too he will correct.

Any posters asking fans to be positive on here, and this is not a wind up, clearly do not go to games because if they did they would be concerned with our football.

Rhodes is terrible. truly terrible.

The comparison to Steve May is not even a joke.

Aye, let's slate Rhodes for the penalty miss now.

cast your mind back to last season and the home game against QPR. We get a penalty. Hooper was coming off the back of  a hot scoring run where he was netting for fun. Nuhiu was the normal penalty taker and had a good record. I think everyone in the stadium, however, would have been willing Hooper to rip the ball from Nuhiu' s hand. I suspect, though,  that Nuhiu, being the kind of guy that he is, would have happily done what is right in the best interests of the team. But no, Hooper bottled it, Nuhiu took it and missed.

I really cannot think of another striker that was in the form that Hooper was at the time that would not have been screaming to take that penalty!  Maybe he likes to give the feeble a chance.
