Guest Viewfromtheeastbank Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 We were there this morning, car after car of Wednesday fans turning up for tickets, all with ID's - hull postcodes etc. My mate even got a booking reference after phoning up their ticket office. Walks into what can only be described as a conference room with a bar and 4 youngs uns stood behind it taking payments for tickets.. Was told you now need to have purchase history with your ID.. Even genuine Hull fans with ID with no purchase history were getting knocked back... Lass behind the counter said Wednesday have been allocated 6k extra (think that was a ploy to get rid of us) .. Ticket office manager turned up .. Said he was closing the ticket office for everyone and the police were on there way ... All this time were still trying to pass ourselves off as hull fans 😉😉. They said if you can prove you've been to a match we'll give you tickets. Cue us driving round hull asking for ticket stubs in boozers no joy. Complete and utter comedy club .. Looks like the cats out of the bag and they've been tipped off. God knows how many got tickets yesterday, as all you needed was a postcode.
