Jowl
Lino give a corner when hutchinson had clearly kept the ball in play. Guess work at its worst. I was close to that and IT didn't look like the whole of the ball had crossed the line. But the linesman who couldn't see any offside, any foul within 5 yards of him could see through the goal posts, keeper and players to give a corner. Carl Shutt is God
The crowd had a shocker last night...the ball did go out for a corner, Rhodes wasn't offside and it didn't go out for a throw in. I can tell you now that it didn't go out for a corner. I was sat on the north bang in line with it.
OxonOwl
Some of the refereeing decisions seen in the Premier league should mean we are not surprised by the standard of refs in the Championship
adelphi1867
I thought their 19, Tyalor, and the Lionel Richie lookalike reffed the game very well.
Big Fish
Same ref as Vs Leeds a few years ago that missed the Becciho handball too. Useless
Musn't Grumble
Compared to Steve Martin on Saturday, Eddie Ilderton last night was very poor. Compound that with a poor first half display from Wednesday, and it wasn't a very good night for Owls fans. Only glimmer of hope came in the second half when Helen came on. Wednesday just about bossed the game from thereafter - so why can't the starting line-up be like that?

Clearly. The linesman wasn't even looking he was too busy trying to keep his balance.

Him and May wasted so many chances to attack cos they have no bottle! Kept pushing the responsibility onto Maguire. Helan was the fastest player on the pitch. Didn't break into a sprint all night. He's got no end product.
Saxondale
The crowd had a shocker last night...the ball did go out for a corner, Rhodes wasn't offside and it didn't go out for a throw in. Apologies . After looking at the highlights it didn't go out. After 6 pints it looked like it did.
Guest Kagoshimaowl
That was a deffo penalty for them. Bowyer not happy with ref either!! May's wasn't a pen BTW!
Guest _Ibbo_
Just had a look at the highlights. Nuhui clearly gets a shove in the back for their second goal where he is barged off the ball !
FlyingOwl
Ball definitely hadn't gone out for a corner and it looks like Rhodes handled to score. They probably deserved a penalty. The ref was shuffle.
Beast of Boulogne
Must agree took our lass for her first football game tonight and even she knew they were bad. The ref made some bad decisions last night but none as strange as this
Dutch McLovin
He was shocking! The dribble was brilliant I half expected Hutch to produce a late one on him
mozzy85
The ref made some bad decisions last night but none as strange as this Haha she's from Guernsey so she does not support anyone but she likes her sport so I'm trying to introduce her to the nightmare that supporting Wednesday is. geriatricowl
Funny how little the officials get stick when we win. Anyway you should all know only Rotherham get crap refs, every game according to their manager.
