dunsbyowl
You'd have to be a certain age. Given away with football magazines and a right old pain. This one sadly is for the 1969-70 season with Wednesday at the bottom and relegated from Division 1.
Rodger Wylde
I used to have the 'Shoot League Ladders'. Same thing. Fiddly things though.

Pompeyowl
They did them through the nineties aswell. I remember having all the new kits on card and popping them out at my nan's house in Wisbech. There was rumble all to do in that town, so these were my main source of entertainment for 4 weeks during the school holidays.

I suppose after one visit to Kings Lynn or Downham Market you realise there is nothing else left to do!
stoff
I loved these and used to spend my Saturday evenings as a kid, copying the league tables from the Green 'un!
Geohay
Yea, I had the match magazine ones in the 90's! Usually gave up on it after the first couple of months, and just ended up putting Wednesday top on the Premier league. And the pigs in the conference. :Hirsty:

fredmciverslovechild
I had them from 1963/64! Can't remember now which magazine I got them from. What I do remember is that the first part of the set was Division One (including Wednesday, of course!) and they were all pre-cut so you just had to push them out of the sheet. All nice and neat and tidy at the edges. The other divisions, however, weren't and you had to cut them out with scissors. So they all ended up different sizes. Quickly got fed up with them though. Ended up putting Wednesday top of Division One then put all the other names in a bag just to see what came out next. Was fun for about five minutes.... fredmciverslovechild
I remember the first football magazine I bought was called Goal - Shoot took it over. I see that both Goal and Shoot started in 1968. Never really was a fan of either. Can't for the life of me think where my league ladders came from. The only footie magazine I used to get was Charles Buchan's Football Monthly (which was brilliant)..... Actually, I have a feeling they came out of one of the Sunday papers.
