nevthelodgemoorowl
In the main I'm not a horder but I do have some 50s programmes. The oldest item I have seen which I posted a pic on here more than a year ago was a stamped coin bearing the words 'Darnall Cricket Ground' with a large 'W' on the reverse were the words 'Grand Cricket Match' no date but it has to be from the 1830's. The owner would not sell.

Made In Sheffield Drank at Wembley and by Sheffield People wel people in the blue and white half og the ground .... fullest too as im remember .... There are thousands of these in existence, and also the same thing from the 1991 League Cup final. I have about half a dozen of the '93 ones and (I think) three of the '91 ones. Paddyowl
Being an avid autograph collector (Just Wednesday) I have all but one (Jack Palethorpe) of the 1935 FA Cup winners along with a dozen or so later 30s signatures.
dunsbyowl
1953 programme - SWFC v Barcelona Do you mean 1962? The two Fairs Cup matches that season were the only meeting between the clubs?
Guest Deleted member
You must be from round here then, because all the soldiers who died at Battle (not Hastings, in 1066), were recruited from Wales/Kiveton Park/Harthill and surrounding areas, by King Harold on his way back down South after losing the bulk of his army, defeating the vikings at Stamford Bridge in North Yorkshire. Which is why we have a pub called The Saxon in the village. I watched the Heysel Stadium disaster unfold in the snooker room at the Saxon.... I have a commemorative mug from the 1935 FA Cup Final - I'll post a pic later on

Womble Owl
I sit in the south stand just behind one of Wednesday's oldest fans who was at the 1935 cup final. Technically she's not memorabilia, but she's still there! How old is she? My Grandad's 88 and still sits on KOP
