apswfcowl
However well things are going at the moment, these two just keep winning! Should we be worried or are we better than them?
edinburghowl
Huddersfield are the team to beat this year. I think we'll finish above Charlton.
eckington owl
Charlton haven't overly impressed me so far to be honest. Had a strong start but mad a few mistakes recently. Huddersfield will win the league. We will finish second - FACT.
Guest JonTheOwl66
Second that edinburgh, us and Hudders will be right up there. Charlton will be best team in play-offs. Us three to go up.
owls maniac
Agreed. Would be gutted for us to end up with 85 points and still not get automatic. Think it's quite possible both top 2 teams will have over 90 points. Whether we have it in us to get that total ourselves is another question. rustyowl
Agree huddersfield look strong if we maintain the 2 points per game average we will definately get automatic.

Guest ak15
We've just got to keep plugging away but I can't see either of these two dropping out of the top 2 all season now.
Guest Sheff Owl
It really could come down to the head to head matches between us all.
31Dec1966
ALL teams have a sticky patch so they'll slip up at some point. Both have still to come to Hillsborough.

Jowl
Huddersfield are the team to beat this year. I think we'll finish above Charlton. Said the same today. Everything wasn't rosy there early this year and Clark is under big pressure for promotion
Guest Bald Owl
We drew with Charlton at their place with Morrison's disruptive influence when were shaky. Huddersfield have only just started this season and we're a lot better than last year. Only one team for me, let's worry about us nobody else! Guest tomowl85
if we finnish above one of them we are going up imo
Tommo_
4 points from Charlton, 6 points from Huddersfield. All this hype over nothing, 39 unbeaten league games and still in the same league, explains it all, glorified draw specialists are all they are
frastheowl
I think Huddersfield will go on and absolutely take the division apart. They'll dwarf Brighton's achievement last season imo. But I'm not convinced by Charlton at all. They are obviously no mugs and have picked up some decent results. But I'd fancy us over them at the minute. In fact, the only club I think we are behind are Huddersfield. And if we finish directly behind them, I'll be a happy man!
torryowl
We've just got to keep plugging away but I can't see either of these two dropping out of the top 2 all season now. what makes you think that they arnt exactly running away it are they .....charlton were 5 points clear 2 weeks ago things can change very quickly as preston are finding out
owls maniac
It all hinges on our away form. If we can keep picking away points up like we have recently then we will be fine. Still a little concerned though and these next two matches will be good indicators to whether we have finally turned the corner away.
trevdi9
Just wait and see what winter brings the team who handles the bad pitches better will be up there ,nice passing football dose'nt allways work in the mud ,we are a strong side, we will out muscle em methinks
