SallyCinnamon
I thought it was a very professional performance today. Players were calm and it looked like they understood their roles. Promising.

He rejected them in the hope of coming here and we went for Monk instead. He had to return to Huddersfield cap in hand, having already burnt his bridges at Lincoln. sMacLean
Not sure why the Hudds job should be any tougher than at Wednesday. They have a decent side with pace and power and have Prem cash in theory. We have a squad of mostly near 30 year olds and unclear on what funds we have. I thought quite a few of their players had the " I'm too good for this league attitude ".

Their chairman cut back spending last year and wants out. They'll be back in the lower leagues before too long.
cjtowl1972
Cowley sounds more bothered about job title - Manager instead of Coach. Massive Bel-end
McRightSide
Cowley didn’t even want that job, he wanted ours. But he also didn’t want to miss his shot to step up. Watching that he’ll have known he’s got a reyt job on his hands. Much tougher job than Monk who is fighting to get in the playoffs rather than stay up. Cowley is a long-ball, physical football merchant. I’ll give Huddersfield 1 more gave before they start boshing it long and fighting for scraps
