Good/bad On the fence a bit I rate Roeder always have but i don't know enough of the players he's scouted The Pearson appointment seems to me to be the Chairman, who has openly admitted to not being a Football Lover and knowing not much about it, getting a businessman who has huge experience in football to advise him and maybe protect his money . I actually think both appointments strengthen Grays position as long as its not i've brought in 2 new bosses for you and it didn't sound like thats the deal but time will tell.
