Bothroyd shines against Middlesborough

Recommended Posts

He has undoubted skill but he is not what we need players around him see him strolling around with no purpose and think thay can do it to. The attitude is all wrong at the mo no fight second to every ball

I keep seeing people say he has undoubted talent, I don't seem to remember seeing any on show since he has been at Hillsborough, an 1 goal in 24 matches is almost unbelievable for a striker. I pray DJ doesn't keep on after January (if DJ is still here) I am starting to worry we clearly have no cutting edge what so ever.

I dreamed a dream in time gone by

When hope was high

And life worth living

I dreamed that love would never die

I dreamed that God would be forgiving

Then I was young and unafraid

And dreams were made and used and wasted

There was no ransom to be paid

No song unsung, no wine untasted

But the tigers come at night

With their voices soft as thunder

As they tear your hope apart

As they turn your dream to shame

If Jay Bothroyd had played well it would have been more of a surprise than when she started singing :duntmatter:

Nothing like some show tunes to pass through a time of crisis.
